ABOUT THE GROUP
This discussion group is open to anyone who is curious about or already active in a consensual non-monogamous (CNM) lifestyle including open relationships, swinging, multiple D/s dynamics, and polyamory (hierarchical, non-hierarchical, solo poly...)
 
Struggles in CNM relationships often grow out of unclear expectations, passive communication, and a resistance to being accountable for your own emotions. This group is intended to be a resource for understanding and participating in these lifestyles from an emotionally healthy lens, for exorcising mononormative cultural conditioning, and ultimately engaging in personal growth. Expect to be challenged on issues of codependence, boundaries v rules, radical honesty, and others.

Married for 28 years and currently thriving in a poly quad, they’ve explored everything from polyamory to swinging to BDSM with an open heart and a healthy dose of curiosity.


Patty, who’s diving into the depths of psychology, loves unpacking relationship dynamics and the magic of meaningful connections. Jon is equally passionate about fostering trust, communication, and an inclusive space where people can be their most authentic selves. Together, they support sex positivity, LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and the belief that honesty, respect, and a dash of fun make for the best conversations.
